yes, no cars, no cranes, everything must be
carried by the workers on their shoulders
over hundreds of stairs - very expensive to
build there - and it takes time... - and
after every bigger earthquake they have to
build up again the complete session of
houses...

netherlands, because they don't have any
mountains there -- but norway: they have
wonderful colored red, blue and green or
yellow wooden houses!

Oh, this is nice. A beautiful place and a
wonderful picture!
(Think I would have tried a tighter crop
myself though, leaving the picture completely
filled with little houses, without the sky in
the top left corner and the concrete surface
in the bottom right corner...)
