A big composed salad--everything is from our CSA (organic farm co-op)! We are with Sauvie Island Organics (http://www.sauvieislandorganics.com). It was all very delicious. The dressing was green garlic, tarragon and lemon juice with good olive oil.

your salad look beautifull and i am getting hungry only by looking at it. it remember me to a kind of salad we are eating in the south of france called salade niçoise. just add anchovis filets and black olives. are you going to the london balboa festival???

Yes, Philippe, I took as my inspiration a salad composee (I forget which accent it should have) but instead of tuna and anchovies, or poached eggs, or chevre chaud toasts, as I had in France, I just used hard boiled eggs, because that's what we had. But I do love a beautiful French summer salad, and they are not common here. I'm glad you enjoyed looking at it!

I would love to go to London, but I'm afraid I "used up" my Europe trip earlier this year...if you go, have a good time.
