Tapas partymanchego & dulce de membrillo anchoas y pimientos del piquillo atun y pimientos brochetas ![]() Fiona and I had a welcome back party for ourselves and invited a bunch of friends over for drinks (clara con limón and tinto de verano) and tapas. Here you see tostadas we made (of tuna, of roasted pepper, and of manchego cheese with dulce de membrillo, aka quince paste). Also you see brochetas and olives.
