Tapas party

Fiona and I had a welcome back party for ourselves and invited a bunch of friends over for drinks (clara con limón and tinto de verano) and tapas. Here you see tostadas we made (of tuna, of roasted pepper, and of manchego cheese with dulce de membrillo, aka quince paste). Also you see brochetas and olives.

Not pictured: espinacas con garbonzos (spinach and garbonzos) and salmorejo (andalucian thick, garlicky gazpacho).

It turned out really well, if we're allowed to say so ourselves.
