It looks like these photos are from the
Hindman Settlement School Appalachian Writers
Workshop. This particular Hindman is not in
Virginia but in Kentucky. I drove to this
year's (2007) just for the Thursday evening
because Lee Smith and Gurney Norman was
reading. I hope to attend the workshop next
