funny story - i had a friend visiting from nyc and he kept commenting on all of the dogs parked in front of bars and restaurants in sf. "don't people steal them?" i told him no. just then, a little boy walks up to a lab puppy, unhooks it from the leash, stuffs it down his hoodie and walks off with it! haha. turns out it was his puppy, he just forgot the leash. his parents verified.
