What's scary is anyone, man or woman, who is so set on the idea of being married, merely for the sake of being married, that they'd stick their face up on a billboard. (In other words, I'd love to get married some day, but I'd only do so because I'd grown to love someone so deeply that I couldn't imagine living without them, and not because I have some overarching desire to be married.)
