End of Contract
As of August 1st 2007 I am no longer working for the Japanese Government.
I have created a set with some pictures for you to take a peek at the world of Public Service of Japan. Now, what's next for me? oh yeah, I will confess I had a blast, but 3 years working for a Government taught me two absolute truths of life: Number one: The bureaucracy is expanding to meet the needs of the expanding bureaucracy and Number two: I've had my share of politics, public service and social sciences :P So a couple months ago that made me turn down that scholarship for a Masters in a university in Texas. It was in "Public Administration". I still don't regret that so I guess that was the right thing to do for me. Anyway, what I do like is to walk the less traveled road, so if being the only Mexican citizen working full-time inside the Japanese Government was one thing... then entering into the world of Japanese real estate, construction and urban development will be another one. If you want to buy land South of Osaka... I'm your man! CommentsEl Fotopakismo

Real estate, what a twist!!
Congratulations for all your achievements. I am sure that your new adventure will be as fun an interesting as the last one.
One little favor: don't be as pushy as almost all the real state brokers I got to met when I arrived to Japan.... PLEASEEEEEE
One of them almost made me cry... the key money, the seal on the contract, please decide they are 243 person interested in this appartment, 20 phone calls per hour
...oh-my-God too much preasure for me!
Saludos!!
