Grilled wasabi cheese sandwich

    I made this grilled cheese sandwich with the Wasabi-Gouda I bought some time ago. The cheese doesn't have a good cheese-flavor (understatement) and you can hardly taste the wasabi either. So either way this cheese is a bit of a failure. But melted in a baked cheese sandwich it wasn't that bad and it sure looks awesome, doesn't it? :-)

      Hihi, Haloween, St. Patricks Day and snotty sandwich. But what freaks me out the most is the idea to serve it on top of some fish! Yuk! ;-)
