140 gr Fillet of beef
1/2 asian pear
1 egg yolk

Dressing for the beef:
1/2 T sugar
1 T light soya sauce
1 t toasted sesame seeds
Pepper
4 t sesame oil

No, I used Pearl River Bridge Light Soy Sauce.
I'm not that familiar with korean food/ingredients.
