"Frieslander" potatoes

    They were recommended to me by the stallholder on our local market, but I wasn't impressed. Made ovenroasted potatoes with them, but I didn't like the result. They're too dense. Fluffy, but dense.

    Update: the mashed potatoes I made with these Frieslanders was okay. No complaints there.
