Caesar Salad
Turkish lettuce, croutons, parmesan and a dressing of
1 eggyolk 50 ml archide oil 30 gr anchovies 0.5 t whole grain mustard (limburgse) salt & pepper The recipe asked for olive oil and dijon mustard, of course. Did that and hated it. It turned out bitter and yuk. So I started again and made it with archide oil and my favourite mustard. The result was yummie.
