This is the salad that goes with Gordon Ramsay's Sesame-Crusted Tuna. Unfortunately it didn't work that well. Mainly because the
rettich/mooli/daikon was just not very good. I think if I had used
normal radish it would have been better.
Then there wasn't any watercress in my supermarket and the salad-cress-melange I bought instead wasn't as "peppery" as I had hoped.
It wasn't bad. But it was just missing the point.
