Steamed Seabream

Steamed Seabream by FotoosVanRobin.
Go to my blog at kokrobin.wordpress.com/chinese-steamed-fish/ for the recipe for this lovely chinese way of steaming fish.

I eat this with knife and fingers. Hihi. I use the knife to scrape off the skin and find the bones. Then with my fingers I take a chunk, smear it through the soysauce-mixture and put it in my mouth. Then I take the spoon, in a silly way between thumb and forefinger, as if I don't want to make the spoon dirty, haha. And then take a spoonful of rice and dip it in the soysaucemixture too. Oh man, I love this dish. I loved it with seabass, but this one is just as nice.

You had one whole fish each - wow, that's a lot of fish! Looks great though, so I can totally understand :)

Does anyone know if you can make it just as well with fillets?
