Pasta with oil, garlic, anchovies and capers.![]() Slowly and gently fry some garlic in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add some anchovies and slowly fry for another few minutes until they completely dissolve. Add the capers. Add cooked & drained pasta. Add some cookingliquid. And some parsley or basil.
