This image is yet another from my "Gift of Goddess" series I am doing for school.

This image is from a recent photo shoot and was shot to augment a school assignment that is exploring the "Goddess from Within." Both the model and the location were nothing short of awesome.

This image was taken for a school assignment centering around "The Goddess Within" using a 1920-30s concept in regards to the theme of the model's attire and looks. I choose the 1920-30s look to commemorate an era in our country when women began to venture out from the long held Victorian standards and liberate themselves in regards to personal freedoms that included women's suffrage and the daringness to express their individualism and sexuality in fashion and lifestyle. The "Flapper" style hat shown in this image is actually a vintage hat from the 1920s era that I had acquired sometime back. In addition to the form fitting dress, the model's recent "bob" haircut worked well for the feel of the era.
