I took this last weekend during the Winter Snow Storm that hit West Virginia. It took me 5 hours to drive up here to the mountains. After getting trapped by fallen trees and working with the fire department and other folks to clear the way of trees and downed power lines I made it to the main road outside Babcock State Park.
However, the road was covered in 3 foot deep snow. So I hiked with my camera gear and tripod, etc.. about 1 mile through the deep snow to get these pictures. If figured this would be a rare site to capture. Hope you enjoy it...
