a little upset. 1. didn't know the film was expired the speckling on all of my photos is ridiculous 2. bad developing 3. shitty scanner

All those "mistakes" add to the vintage quality of the photo.
Take it into consideration you are shooting an old tv. So someone else might have photoshopped it to have a speckled, flicky feel.
