Shibboleth...

'Shibboleth' is the name of the current main installation at the Tate
Modern. A crack that runs the entire length of the huge Turbine Hall, I
thought it was kinda cool, but perhaps even more interesting was watching
everyone else reacting to it. Some people posed for a photo with it, others
walked the entire length chatting before heading off to the galleries, and
some stood so completely transfixed that they barely moved in a two second
exposure.

Incidentally, this is also my entry into the 'Movement' round of the
photography society's competition. I could spout all sorts of pretentious
crap about the many levels on which I feel this photo fulfills that. But I
wont.
