Roller Girl

Colour looks much nicer in reality. More mushroomy and less khaki.
Must invest in a belt...

Look at me go, lol! Actually, I bloody hate this photo. The angle the BF took it from makes my arse look huge >:(

It is the kitchen, which has finally been finished! It's a mushroom brown colour (a bit like that yarn in an earlier photo) and looks brill. I am still tired now though and this was taken on Sat! I'll post some finished pics in the next day or so :)

We bought it. It's the second house that we have bought (I worked out I'd spent £12,000 in rent before that!!!!).

This is what we did to my last kitchen:

We moved 50 miles (80km) from Sheffield to Leeds in August as John has been working in Leeds for two years and driving every day. I don't mind working hard, though, because it is my house to love :)

It has been very hard - house prices in the UK are so, so high. We bought first in 2004 when it was cheaper. I have had no holiday in years, few new clothes and drive my first car still. But I have my dollies, my knitting needles and my BF (and not to forget - WINE!), so all is good :) You will get your own house in the end though - it just seems so hard at first :D
