handwriting

Doctors and nurses alike always bother me for my handwriting because they either 1) can't read it or 2) think it's from the mind of a psychopath. I need handwriting lessons.

She told me that I had nice handwriting, but I knew for a fact that my handwriting is horrid. Then she showed me hers! Yikes! It is distinct, though. Which is nice. Mine just looks like shite.

I wish. Font licensing would require my handwriting to be more consistent though; and unfortunately nothing I write ever looks the same (that's probably why it's been described as 'psycopath'-ish). :(

I like people with consistently font-ish print. If I can find something my mom's written on I'll show you guys what I mean. It's beautiful stuff! (Though my mom confesses she never learned how to write in lower cases -- 'cept in cursive).

Weird. The comment I WAS going to make after seeing your Mom's is how much more consistent your letters are, then read your comment. I still consider yours very consistent, both in letter shape and the overall appearance of a wall of black. :)

When I first moved to San Francisco I sought out room mate situations and thought I had found a great one. Low price, 3 other roomies, and a good sized room of my own. At first glance it was fine, until I realized that one of my new house mates seemed to be home an awful lot. This was soon revealed to be because he was unemployed, and unemployable due to severe bi-polar mood swings and ensuing insanity. Once, I did a load of laundry and left the lid to the washing machine open. This resulted in a letter. It was written on a yellow legal note sized page in exceeeeeedingly tight and tiny handwriting. This covered both sides of the paper. I was unable to read a word of it. Of course, this wasn't ample reason to move. No, that was when I stumbled upon him in the hallway painting the beautiful unpainted woodwork green and he accused me of forcing his dog to pee on the living room rug. Your handwriting is much more legible, but if it were just sort of squeezed together a lot more it could be a dead ringer for the hebephrenic scrawl of the only person I ever threatened to throw down a flight of stairs. No insult intended of course!
