At the Shoreline Amphitheatre (which is in Mountain View, even though everybody kept calling it San Francisco).

First time I got to shoot a concert, complete with a Media pass courtesy of The Spartan Daily -- here's the resulting story (written by yours truly). I was pretty nervous about doing it, but it was a great lineup that I couldn't pass up: Sean Hayes (not the Will & Grace one), Rogue Wave, The Like, Kinky, TV on the Radio, The Shins, Coheed & Cambria, Muse, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and headlined by Beck.

I know I decided on economics over photojournalism, but I could get used to this. :) But maybe next time I won't take 1,000 frames. Winnowing them down to this set took forever.
