Mt. Hood Sunset Dec. 17, 2011
Most of Portland was socked in with massive amounts of fog all day long, but Mt. Scott was above it all. This image is pretty much straight out of the camera. Taken using the top of my car as a tripod.

Tree Island, Coos Bay, Oregon
I'm not sure what this is called, but we used to drive by this very same little island on the way to visit Aunt Betty and Uncle Buck near North Bend, Oregon. This is obviously HDR. It is one of my first attempts at using HDR Efex Pro from Nik.

Rogue River Bridge at Sunset
I've taken pictures of this bridge since the late 1960s. Here it is near sunset on a dry December afternoon. There's usually more water going under it, but they've had a dry fall in Southern Oregon. In case you're wondering where all the motel and speed signs are, I stamped them out. I wanted bridge to stand out, not some funky old Motel Six advertisement.
