If you want you can try it, following the classical five phases: 1. Preparation: sit down or lie, or get mentally relaxed. 2. Induction: get yourself relaxed, as much as you can, thinking something quiet. 3. Deepening: look it large for a long time and keep in mind to be quite and concentrated. 4. Purpose: at this time you are under hypnosis and you can uncounciously do want you want. 5. Awakening: ask someone to awake yourself, cold water should be enough.
