Super String Theory (Light Painting), Mill End

    Newer Older

After another few weeks away, I've finally found some time to catch up with everyone - which I'm looking forward to doing this evening and through a slightly calmer week.

This is a little more abstract than my usual light paintings, but although I have plenty of non-LP work to process and post, time has been too short to do anything more intricate. It was a test shot with the Zenitar Fisheye, and I think it works to tie the moon and street lights, trees and houses together into a somewhat unified whole.

I wanted to post a LP of some sort, however, to advertise my presence this month in the fantastic Advanced Photographer Magazine. Charlotte and Will, both terrific people, got in touch through Flickr, we met up, did some light painting together and they were kind enough to run a number of my images.

All great fun, much appreciated and worth a read if you happen upon a suitably equipped newsagents!
