The weather closing in at the foot of Glacier National Park's "Going To The Sun" Highway. The sheer scale doesn't quite come out in this picture., though if you study the very top of the rocky dome you will see the trees up there and from that derive some of the awe-inspiring size of the place.
The rain came down hard pretty soon after this shot, which was taken as it started, and we drove over the pass in torrential downpour. If you're one of the other three people that survived the ordeal, get in touch so we can make a movie about it. Not something to be repeated.
Viewing large on black in lightbox does not hurt!
