Alternative to airline food at Dulles

Washington's Dulles International Airport has one, count 'em one, advantage over many disadvantages. It is one of the few airports in the US with a genuine wine bar, in this case the new chain, Vino Volo ("wine flight") that opened its first operation at Dulles about a year ago. (New locations at BWI, Seattle and Sacramento to follow soon.) A very nice selection of wines pair up nicely with small plates that can save you from the dreadful food on the flight to come.
