reprieve

We did have a stretch of yucky weather here, and for a while and my mood was such that it reminded me of so many long Januaries in South Bend. But today the sun came out and the green was still intact. I love the climate here in the Mid-Atlantic. You get winter but you get a reprieve.

The more modest Georgetown houses-- and probably my favorite. But maybe that is because they are the only ones that allow me to entertain the fantasy that maybe-- just maybe-- no one would notice if I were to sneak into one and become a resident. Doubtful.
