This shouldn't be the view on the banks of Georgia's greatest river--the Altamaha. This is WHITE TRASH--harsh way of putting it, perhaps, but it seems nothing else gets the attention of the inbreeds who pollute our natural areas on this level. How can they use the river for its beauty and leave this behind?

People of the Altamaha: Jaycee Landing

Jesup, Wayne County GA

On one of the foggiest days this winter, these guys were scrapping large metal appliances and the like, dumped somewhere on the Altamaha near Jaycee Landing. It's good that people can take this risk, make some money for themselves and inadvertently help clean up the river at the same time...the sad part of the story is that people would pollute the river with such trash to begin with.
