Chicken Fried Steak, Take 2

I got it mostly right this time. Except for the fact that I would've liked the sawmill gravy a little thicker, it tasted awesome! I think to get the *real* yumminess, you probably need some bacon fat or something heavy in there, but I'm going to go ahead and call this one a respectable 88/100. I was very happy after dinner.
