a new year in a few hours will wriggle by
the old year 2008 will slowly silently die
with it the mournful cry ...of the dead
who could not make it - in their graves
bullet in their souls wretchedly lie
terrorism kills humanity ..Why?
why can man live peacefully
in a world without borders
without a bleeding sky.

bombed hopes
bombed children
bombed peace
billowing smoke
within a sigh
a tooth for a tooth
faceless I
mans ego
making the world
into a pig sty
