1. Draw a circle by winona
2. Trace quarter by winona
3. Check that the circles drawn are concentric by winona
4. Cut out circle by winona
5. Repeat Steps 1 - 4 by winona
6. cut 12 yards of red yarn by winona

19. Draw a quarter circle on one end of the piece of paper by winona

21. Make a fold about 3 inches in from the end opposite to the quarter circle by winona
22. Check the stretching direction of the fabric by winona
23. Trace hat pattern with 3" flap folded onto white fabric by winona
24. Flip pattern and trace again by winona
25. Repeat steps 23 and 24 by winona
26. cut out pattern by winona
27. Unfold the 3 inch flap and trace it on the red fabric by winona
28. Check the stretching direction of the fabric by winona
29. Cut out red pattern and fold both patterns inside out by winona
30. Sew white hat inside out with stretch or zig zag stitch. by winona
31. Repeat step 30 with red fabric by winona
32. This is what the hats should look like after sewn inside out. by winona
33. Flip the hats right side out. by winona
34. Sew middle 2 layers by winona
35. Flip white side and continue sewing by winona
36. Stop when there are 1.5-2 inches left by winona
37. Flip hat right side out through the 2 inch opening by winona
