Early morning light at Cold Combes, on the South Downs near Brighton. You can walk (or better still, cycle) down here very quickly from Woodingdean, making it a good one for early starts.
A wider shot from the same spot as one I uploaded a couple of days ago. The mist was still just about hanging on under the hills as the sun rose, lending a soft quality to the light on the more distant hills. It's a beautiful place.

Beautiful scene! I love the composition - the sweeping curves, and the exclusion of the sky - and the light is wonderful!
