i know! i mean, who would even think of a
nilla wafer as a "shortbread
cookie"? and no, no leftovers :-( but
i do have a big box of nilla wafers left to
snack on. mmm! partially hydrogenated oils!
i haven't made the magnolia pudding, but
it's my standard order at the bakery. after
looking at the recipe, i suspect the three
cups of heavy cream may have something to do
with it.
