Crail Museum
Housed in two 18th century cottages beside the Town Hall, Crail Museum & Heritage Centre tells the story of this ancient Royal Burgh and its people. The collection holds material on its Churches, farming, 225 year-old Golfing Society and its seafaring traditions. A room about Crail Airfield traces its history from WWI through HMS Jackdaw in WWII, the HMS Bruce Boys Training Establishment to the Joint Services School for Languages in the late 1950s.

Exhibitions change annually.
The museum is run entirely by volunteers and admission is by donation. There is a Tourist Information Point and small shop on site.Partial wheelchair access and free parking nearby. Guided walks on Sundays, July and August 2.15pm (small charge)
