The interior of '63 Thunderbird at the Bush Plane Museum's "Wings and Wheels" show in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada. One of my favourite interiors of any car. Shot with my Voigtlander Bessa-T with the 75/2,5 Color-Heliar on Ilford FP4+ film.

Great shot -- been toying with the idea of
getting a voigtlander myself... this might
have done it for me.
Thanks,
Anton.

Wow, thanks. The 75 Heliar is a great lens
and its really what made this shot and some
beginner's luck.

Hmm, this looks familiar. You haven't by any
chance posted this on Rangefinder Forum?

I love these cars - the "cockpit",
jet tail lights, and door handles integrated
into the beltline trim. One of Ford's best!

I agree. The Bullet Birds had one of the best
interiors of any car in my opinion. Beautiful
cars and true classics though often
overshadowed by the first generation T-Birds.
Personally, I prefer the Bullet Birds over
the original by a hair.

There's a '61 T-bird at a loan shop in a
nearby town. It look's to be in very good
original condition, but has been sitting
outside for probably a year or more and not
been driven. There's a huge early 1970's
T-bird in front of it, so someone with a
couple of cars must have needed the cash. I'm
trying to stay away, but I really want that
'61!

Thor,
Sorry I didn't notice your comment until
now. The '61 is one of the nicest T-Birds
ever. The temptation is strong for me as well
whenever I see one for sale.
Paul,
Thank you for the nice comment. :-)

No worries, Fernando - it's actually a
reminder for me to upload those photos. I'm
too busy to take new photos, so there's no
better time than the present....
