Skyscrapper

A tall sturdy building with bright lighting on the top of it supposed it wanted to scrap the cloudy sky. Is it what we call as a skyscrapper?

2 International Finance Centre building, the 2nd tallest building in Hongkong or the 7th tallest building in the world. Height: 416 meters, 88 levels.
