Sad Furnace DayJosh Rouse Rocks! (Amanda introduced me to his stuff) Actually Philly Stan the hat says 'Joshua House', not 'Josh Rouse'...
We had our routine fall furnace inspection and found out we have a few cracks in our furnace's heat exchanger, which means new furnace (a cracked heat exchanger means carbon monoxide can leak into your inside air, which is bad and can make you sick or die)... So on Monday we get a brand spanking new Trane XV80 furnace and XB12 central A/C unit.

Backround on this Image: I wanted to ask my uncle (who owns a heating/air conditioning and plumbing company) if I was getting a good price for what I was getting. Previously I had sent him a photo of a leak and asked for help (he found the photo and the detailed description very funny and printed it out and put it in his office) troubleshooting it. The photo became a family joke and so I figured if I was going to ask for help again I should swallow my pride and make another photo. NOTE: Our furnace does actually work okay for now, it just needs replaced sooner than later (I bought two carbon monoxide detectors and set them up just in case)... but we figured that the blankets and hats would create a better effect in trying to gain sympathy. Photo taken with my 20D and flash on a tripod. Commentsfensterbme
