Still connected...

Set Description: These were a few shots for a food photography contest. These photos are a joint colaboration between Amanda, Dan, Stephen, Joleen and myself.... We went to Whole Foods and got some 'models', and brought them home for photographing and subsequent eating.

These shots were done in our kitchen with some foam core as a background, using one Canon 580EX Speedlite and a couple of 12" silver reflectors to help shape the light. It would have been a LOT easier with some studio strobes and some light difusing and shaping tools, the shots aren't perfect but with only one flash I thought they turned out well.

I really like this close shot too. Thanks for the link to the Whole Foods there is one in Philadelphia which is a great day trip for me I will check this place out.

@gregob: Whole Food's stores are amazing, and a great way to blow tons of money on groceries... NOTE: Leave the camera at home, taking photo's in the store is a sure fire way to get the boot out of the store (they are very protective of their visual merchandizing and store layout).
