What is this??
I first saw him 19 Nov 2011, high up on on the inside ceiling right by a wall of the bus shelter.
Didn't move over many weeks. Then on the 25 Jan he had gone AWOL, and I finally came across him half way up one of the outer walls, from where he has not yet moved.

... whilst maintaining his dignity.
The wind was coming from the right - AKA the North West.
