Huangshan (Yellow Mountains)

    Newer Older

Huangshan is packed with wonders. On one of my hikes I would occasionally run into hikers returning from the place I was heading toward. I have never seen people so sun-beat, road weary, and dripping with sweat. They all insisted the views were good…but be prepared for a two hour straight uphill climb to get back. It was worth it.

Fairy Tale Bridge crosses a sheer divide between two rock faces.

      Hi Aaron
      wonderful capture.
I was always in the Xihai Grand Canyon in 2007and on this nice bridge.
It was foggy when I was there and so it was a very mystic place with the rocks and the huangshan pines. The fog was good for the feeling but not so good for my photos.
The best of this place, that it was very quiet there and I have only seen a dozen of people and later on the main routes there were thousands of them
      See one of them:
