If you think foodborne illness is only caused by animal products, think again. Last year, the U.S. experienced several large outbreaks of illness caused by fruits and vegetables. Do you know how to make sure the produce you serve is safe? Read this FDA Consumer Update: www.fda.gov/ForConsumers/ConsumerUpdates/ucm256215.htm.

Thanks.

Mr. Hauffen,
We are delighted that you have an interest in our materials and we would love to help you if we can. This and all the images in the FDA Flickr Photostream are available for your use without restrictions. The only images not actually produced by the FDA are the images in our Recalled Products set but even those are available for your use as they are provided with permission from the manufacturers. If you are looking for materials to print and hand out, please look in our Consumer Updates set. Each image there represents an article available in PDF format on the FDA website. Links to the articles and PDFs are included in the captions. We hope this helps, and again thank you for your interest.
