I THINK (i dont remember really) this is from my first medium format film role shot with a Kiev 88CM

I adore medium format photography more and more....secretly thinking about a Hasselblad ;) This shot seems rather blurry, I do not remember if I was a bit shaky or just out of focus but I love it anyway. The tones and the contrast are JUST like it was in reality, this is what makes film so much better then digital for me.

the price of a taxi starts at 50€ and can easily go up to 150€ ....i´d rather swim!

to crowded? Thats what an ND1024 is for ;) boats, tourists and birds disappear and seem like ghosts.

Another day in venice, and again the light was great in the afternoon. My 5DII is being a great help as I was able to leave my video cam at home and can use it for capturing movies as well :)

This shot was taken with my favorite M42 lens, a Porst Macro 35mm f/2.8. I like the colors and lens flares that occur when you use it in very strong sunlight directly facing the sun. Pushed the contrasts a bit and changed the white balance-thats it :) Like it or hate it-i love it!

Last night tonight, so I´ll make sure I´ll get some nice evening shots.
