So let me get this right - if the Noticeboard is not in use then the notice displayed is not a notice and can be ignored, so notices can in fact be posted? Brilliant!! Good spot Faye>

People need to know that the notice board is not in use, so putting a notice on the notice board is the correct thing to do. If you took the notice board away then you would not be able to put up your notice that the notice board was not safe - see make perfect sense
