No: I ended up going with the Ben Ward method (a.k.a. the Stingy Bastard method) of printing my own out at home. The print quality turned out pretty well, although there's a bit of fuzziness on the ‘@’ symbol and a bit of speckliness in the lower half of the Little Fat Dude.

The rounded corners are as they were out of the box. I don't know for certain where they came from – they were just hanging around the house – but my best guess is that they're from Staples. I would give you the URL to the product on their website, but their URL structure is a pile of shite.

You put a phone number on a public business card, then blocked it out to hide it... how very odd!

Yeah: the business cards are going to be available to people I meet and choose to give a business card, rather than available to anyone with an internet connection. If Flickr had an option to restrict photos only to be viewable to my conacts (rather than just friends and family), I'd have used that.
