Today they finally planted the beautiful marigolds that we bought the other day from the nurseries :) also I started my first day of the 3 day apple juice detox to cleanse my liver and gallbladder :)

So far I'm a bit sick of apples and apple juice but will power through :)

Today I stayed home coz I started a lemon water detox but after lunch I had very bad pains in my liver area, I think I detoxed too fast and ate a heavy lunch. Anyway the pain is gone and I have decided to start a liver gallbladder flush tomorrow for 3 days :)

I was in a whimsical mood today, so I decided to use the Salvador lens which makes all these fun layers and superimposes them ;)

Today's picture is Pauline my amazing friend, almost a sister :)

Today Christine came to visit for lunch, she's always a pleasure to have :)

And then my mother and I went to the nurseries to buy some flowers for the garden :) fun!
