My mother lived in Oak Cliff at the time and she most certainly remembers this tornado.

As a 12 year old kid I watched this from the beginning to end from the top of T. G. Terry elementry school being built in far South Oak Cliff. I watched the storm form at the corner of Polk and Camp Wisdom road. My 14 year old sister wouldn't let me call the radio station. She thought I was just a crazy 12 year old kid :)

I lived on Sunset just off of Jefferson , I remember that day I ran around the apatment building telling everyone to take cover , we didn't have any warning back then it just got really still and this erie quite even today if it gets like that in Dallas something is wrong or fixing to happen and you can take it to the bank .
