Seasonal Dinner with Farmer & Chef
Our farm and CSA joined Mulvaney's B&L restaurant to celebrate our mutual passion for local, sustainable food and making a connection to the farmers and artisans by sitting down to a farm-to-fork dinner!
Chef Patrick Mulvaney designed a four-course menu featuring produce from our Farm Fresh To You farm, Capay Organic. Locally-crafted wines from Seka Hills and Capay Valley Vineyards were donated in benefit of the Kathleen Barsotti Non-Profit for Sustainable Agriculture. During the evening, our farmer Thaddeus Barsotti and Chef Mulvaney shared about the making of the meal, the farm-fresh produce and the passion behind the seasonal dinner.
