2007 Traverse Epicurean Classic

The Traverse Epicurean Classic is my favorite culinary event. The fact that it is held in my own backyard makes it all the better!

It's also a benefit and learning opportunity for the Great Lakes Culinary Institute.

The 2007 Classic took place September 13-15, and it's held the same weekend as the Tour de Leelanau bike race.
