The Trola pass is one of the most dangerous parts of the Sichuan-Tibet highway. The road is a mere dirt track climbing as high as 5050m above sea level. Luckily, I could count on the experience and confidence of our reliable driver that day.

It's wonderful to have the opportunity to visit such a place, I was alone lost in the far corners of Tibet and the monks welcomed me to visit their monastery in Serxu. It's a moment I won't forget soon.

Perhaps the most beautiful children I've seen were Mentawai. These islands are situated some 100km from the coast of Indonesia and inhabited by traditional tribes.
