RAIN RAIN GO AWAY COME AGAIN ON A HOT SUMMER'S DAY! (Animated slideshow w/music)

Winter in Arizona and Southern California is about the same. Same temps or very close and rain, rain and more rain. The last 2 years we have had double the rainfall we normally get in winter. It makes for gorgeous wildflower shows in the mountains and high deserts, but right now, it is cold, damp, windy and rainy and I have to be out in it tomorrow.
One of the problems with living in a place that sees very little rain except for the monsoon rains in summer (which are a welcom relief from triple digit temps) is that one forgets to keep raincoats, umbrellas and other rainy day gear. So brave the storms with a heavy sweater and a loose windbreaker and pray you can get a parking place close to the doctor's office.
For those of you buried up your epilets in snow, I apologize. This looks like spring to you. But after 20 years in the desert, your blood thins and you freeze when the temps drop below 70.
Also I hope I have improved my animation and slideshow skills somewhat over the last 2 years. Here's to RAINY COLD AND DAMP THURSDAY! May you find yourself in sunshine always. Thank you for stopping by. JJ
